Did EzHire Cannabis Acquire Inhale Digest?

This move will give EzHire Cannabis more ways to offer its rapidly expanding community of cannabis employers and job seekers valuable content across a broader range of topics and a more diverse set of media.

“For many job seekers, their first introduction to EzHire is through our platform, while actively searching for their next job. We believe there is a massively underserved community of canna-curious or passive job seekers that are starting to seek out news and industry-based knowledge across new channels of media like LinkedIn Communities, newsletters, and social media platforms,” said Jacob Carlson, Co-Founder, and CEO at EzHire Cannabis.

“With the acquisition of Inhale Digest, we’ll now be able to better meet the needs of those passive canna-curious. active job seekers and cannabis HR professionals alike by delivering educational, business, and industry content in their preferred formats. Jeff Possiel and his team have a proven ability to create content and community that employers, job seekers, and industry insiders are engaging with at an unprecedented level, and I’m delighted to bring them on board to expand their reach and continue to deliver and expand that sense of community.”

EzHire Cannabis has built a large community around its educational content, with a focus on value-added content aimed at both job seekers and those already employed in the cannabis industry. EzHire’s free forever Learning Center is another source of education for its community. By acquiring Inhale Digest, EzHire will be able to better serve the needs of everyone from passive canna-curious candidates to active job seekers and HR professionals by giving them the content they want on the medium they love.

As part of the acquisition, Possiel will join EzHire as Chief Community Officer with a focus on building engagement with job seekers and HR cannabis industry professionals across multiple channels.

“I started Inhale Digest with the belief in Community for driving personal and professional learning opportunities. It’s been a mission of mine to help drive the cannabis industry forward through the people working in it,” added Possiel, founder of Inhale Digest. “I’m thrilled to join the EzHire Cannabis team to continue and accelerate education, networking, and opportunities for anyone who is interested and excited about this emerging industry. Our communities maintain continuous conversation around career and business development connecting people to their next role and companies with their next team member. One of the most exciting things to me is the range of roles available that allow any skill level or background to join this undeniable force of an industry, that is here for good, here to stay, and grow.”

Inhale Digest’s community and newsletter were started in early 2022 and keep its more than 35,000 members informed and engaged with curated content and research, allowing members to network and build community.
